Training to become a nursing professional

The three-year generalist training program to become a qualified nurse provides comprehensive knowledge in geriatric care, nursing, and pediatric nursing. It is the standard program in Germany for training as a qualified nurse and offers many advantages. As a qualified nurse, you will support, care for, and advise people of all ages based on a holistic care concept, allowing you to work in diverse and exciting fields.

Training to become a nursing assistant

The nursing assistant training program (18 months full-time) is a relatively new, state-regulated training program in the German healthcare system. It is aimed at individuals who wish to acquire a recognized nursing qualification in a short period of time while gaining more responsibility and skills than traditional nursing assistants.

Further training to become a nursing assistant

The initial training to become a nursing assistant with the basic nursing course offers a quick, practical introduction to nursing. The training takes approximately three months (full-time), is flexible, eligible for funding, and opens up a wide range of career prospects in a growing job market.

The adini - Akademie für Pflegeberufe (Academy for Nursing Professions) was founded with the aim of counteracting the severe shortage of staff in the nursing sector and making an important contribution to society.

 

As a nursing academy in Berlin, we aim to provide training and continuing education to people from all over the world in various nursing professions at the highest level in accordance with the requirements of the Nursing Professions Act (PflBG).

 

adini stands for current , digital , innovative , sustainable , and international . At our nursing academy, we focus on holistic learning, in which new digital methods and technologies (e.g., VR headsets, smartboards, simulation rooms, digital learning platforms), as well as research projects and international collaborations, play a particularly important role. We thus act as a guide not only for nursing education, but also for the future of nursing professions in Germany.

 

We also place particular emphasis on the health, integration, and well-being of our trainees. With our personalized counseling and support services, we're there for you.
