Our team

The team at adini - Akademie für Pflegeberufe GmbH (Academy for Nursing Professions) combines many years of experience, professional excellence and innovative approaches to nursing education. We bring a wide range of in-depth expertise in the fields of nursing, health and education management, as well as interculturalism, politics and communication. As a team, we stand for diversity, professionalism and commitment – for pioneering nursing education in Berlin and beyond.

 

Management

 

Güllü Kuzu
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Güllü Kuzu is one of the leading experts in the fields of nursing, health, international recruitment of skilled workers and digitalisation in the healthcare sector. She started her career as a certified nurse and nursing service manager. She was the managing director and head of a nursing facility for many years, worked as a research assistant at Charité Berlin, and held positions in the Berlin Senate Administration for Science, Health and Nursing and in the German Bundestag. In this capacity, she advised politicians for many years and made a significant impact. In addition, she has been the integration officer at St. Hedwig Alexianer Kliniken Berlin for many years and also contributes her expertise to various research projects as a member of the advisory board. Her diverse commitment and skills, as well as her extensive network, have a significant influence on the strategic development of the adini Academy.

 

Songül Ataman
Songül Ataman studied business administration with a focus on finance and auditing at the Free University of Berlin. After working in finance at Coca-Cola and as an SAP consultant at Vattenfall IT, she founded the Akademie für berufliche Weiterbildung Berlin GmbH in 2010, a certified and successful educational institution for continuing professional development. There, she effectively established numerous qualification programmes – from nursing and care courses to integration and vocational language courses in cooperation with employment agencies, job centres and the BAMF. 

As co-founder of the adini Academy, Songül Ataman draws on her many years of experience and expertise in education and integration. With her entrepreneurial flair, she stands for the successful implementation of projects and innovative approaches in the educational landscape that strengthen adini and the care industry in the long term.

Marketing and Public Relations

Carol Pfeffer Câmara

Ms Pfeffer Câmara has been responsible for marketing and public relations within the team since January 2025. She brings with her a wealth of experience from her role as a consultant in the Berlin Senate Department for Science, Health and Care, project management in the social sector and third-party funding acquisition. With her background in cultural studies, her multilingualism and her passion for communication, she shapes the external perception, networking and public relations of our academy.
