Target group

The refresher course is aimed at already qualified care assistants in accordance with Sections 43b and 53b of SGB XI who want to update their knowledge, expand their skills and continue to meet their statutory training obligations. The course is also ideal for those returning to work and experienced care workers who are looking for new inspiration for their everyday working lives.

 

Why take a refresher course?

Care assistants are legally required to participate in a two-day training course each year to ensure the quality of care and their own confidence in their work. Everyday care is constantly changing: new findings, methods and legal requirements necessitate continuous further training.
