The founding of adini - Akademie für Pflegeberufe GmbH (Academy for Nursing Professions) arose from a deep social concern: to address the acute shortage of skilled workers in nursing with innovative, sustainable and international solutions.

 

Our founders, Songül Ataman and Güllü Kuzu, combine decades of experience and expertise in the fields of care, healthcare, education, politics, and business. They understand the challenges of the German care system and are committed to making a significant contribution to strengthening care in Berlin and beyond.

Our team combines specialist knowledge in nursing and healthcare with expertise in educational work, skilled labor recruitment, and digitalization, and works closely with decision-makers at the state and federal levels.
